Alf Engineering
has an integrated facility for part manufacture
and assembly of the chassis’ for 4 wheeler,
LCV and 3 wheelers. All required fixturing &
Tooling is also developed and produced in house.
Currently about 150 variants of chassis are part
of the manufacturing mix. |
ALF also manufactures seating systems and is OE
supplier to the tractor industry. |

of Hydroforming at ALF Engineering
ALF has spent 2 years and considerable resources
to develop the technology. We have identified, and
already made substantial investments in this metal
forming technology. In fact, ALF is currently at
the forefront of this technology in India, in that

We already have a 3000 ton press in production.
We have procured a 1000 ton press for light vehicle components.
We have developed many components for SUV & 3 wheeler vehicles.
We are developing engine cradles and frames for prominent automotive manufacturers in India.

process that delivers a high quality finish, an
excellent alternative to traditional E-coat solutions.
This is achieved through a waterborne autodeposition
process that utilizes chemical reactions, rather
than electrical current to coat the surface. The
Autophoretic process will uniformly coat the inside
and outside of tubular shapes, and within narrow
crevices. |
