revolutionary process that delivers a high quality
finish, an excellent alternative to traditional
E-coat solutions. This is achieved through a waterborne
autodeposition process that utilizes chemical reactions,
rather than electrical current to coat the surface.
The Autophoretic process will uniformly coat the
inside and outside of tubular shapes, and within
narrow crevices. Runs, sags, or edge buildup is
eliminated. In addition, because autodeposition
film requires only alkaline cleaning to improve
its adhesion and corrosion resistance, the often
costly conversion coating step is eliminated.

An important advantage of autodeposition is the
100% coverage of all surfaces of a part that are
wetted by the coating bath.
A major advantage of the autodeposition is that
no organic solvents are needed, and that little
or no VOC is emitted.
